Gala Concert Slavenska Prix is the spectacular finale and highlight of the International Ballet Competition Mia Čorak Slavenska. Organized by the Croatian Society of Professional Ballet Artists and the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb, the competition has, over the past two decades, established itself as one of the most important ballet competitions in the region and an essential international platform for young dancers. This year, the stage of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb will once again bring together some of the most outstanding young ballet artists from Croatia and around the world.
This exclusive gala event presents a refined meeting of tradition and contemporary expression, featuring highlights from the classical ballet repertoire, exciting new works by the next generation of choreographers, and awarded appearances of competition laureates—artists who have distinguished themselves through their talent, technique, and expressive artistry before an audience and the international jury consisting of Dr. Simona Noja-Nebyla, Dennis Matvienko and Ronald Savković. The project is organized and artistically directed by Prof. Dr. Svebor Sečak, President of the Croatian Society of Professional Ballet Artists.
