HOUSE RULES

Conditions of Entry

All spectators must be in possession of a ticket (intact in its original printed format or in electronic form on a smartphone or device) or subscription card (intact in its original format) which must be shown at any time upon request to the Theatre staff. Spectators are required to occupy the seats allocated to them. The spectators are kindly asked to arrive at the theatre 15 minutes prior to curtain-up. Access to the auditorium is not permitted once the performance has started (with the exception of ticket holders with seats on the balcony). Latecomers who possess tickets for boxes or the parterre will be asked to wait until the first interval before taking their seats or they can be seated on the balcony if there are vacant seats.

Facilitated Access

Spectators with mobility impairments can access the auditorium via a ramp (on the left side of the Atrium) and they are allocated seats in the parterre.

Registered assistance dogs are allowed to enter the theatre building as well as their coaches. Dogs can take part in performances with a prior submission of a work certificate pursuant to the Law on use of assistance dogs (OG 39/19).

Dress Code

The spectators are kindly requested to dress appropriately out of respect for the Theatre and for other viewers. People wearing shorts or flip-flops or those who are not dressed appropriately will not be allowed inside the Theatre and will not be entitled to a refund/replacement of the ticket.

Loss of Tickets

In case of loss of tickets, we are able to issue a copy only if there is proof of purchase (valid receipt) and information on the exact seat (row/Box/seat number). The copy has a special mark and becomes valid as a ticket, and the lost original will no longer be accepted. The loss of a ticket can be reported no later than 90 minutes prior to curtain-up at the Box Office upon submission of an identity document and a signed statement on the loss of the ticket. For lost subscription cards, we can issue specially validated copies upon submission of the subscription receipt and an identity document.
