By purchasing tickets, you confirm that the information you have entered is correct and that you are familiar with these Terms of Purchase.
Tickets are valid for a specific performance, date and time. Once the purchase is complete, it cannot be cancelled, except where the theatre cancels or postpones the performance or makes a significant change to the programme.
CNT Box Office
Tickets purchased at the box office can be paid for in cash or by card (Visa, Visa Premium, Mastercard or Maestro). Payment in instalments is not available.
Discounts for pensioners, students and school pupils are available only at the box office, upon presentation of valid proof of eligibility.
Purchased tickets cannot be refunded or exchanged, except in the following cases:
In these cases, visitors are entitled to a refund or to exchange their tickets for another date or programme, in accordance with the theatre’s notice.
A ticket is purchased for a service to be provided on a specific date and at a specific time. Under the Consumer Protection Act, the right to withdraw from a contract within 14 days does not apply to such purchases.
By purchasing a ticket, you acknowledge that the 14-day withdrawal period does not apply. Refunds and exchanges are available only in the circumstances set out above.

Visitors with disabilities may reserve a ticket, subject to availability, by emailing blagajna@hnk.hr. Reservations are not available for the ballet The Nutcracker. Reserved tickets must be collected no later than one hour before the performance begins.
The Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb offers visitors with disabilities a 50% discount on tickets for all seats in the auditorium.
Wheelchair users may attend performances free of charge in designated spaces in the stalls, subject to availability and prior notice to the box office. One accompanying person may purchase a discounted ticket.
The toilets are not fully accessible to wheelchair users.
