Terms of purchase

Tickets on the theater's website www.hnk.hr can only be purchased with cards (Visa, MasterCard, Maestro) without the option of paying in installments.

By purchasing a ticket, the buyer accepts these terms of purchase.

By purchasing tickets, you confirm that all entered data is correct and that you are familiar with the terms of purchase.

Tickets are for a specific date and time of the performance and it is not possible to cancel the purchase after the completion of the process, except in cases of cancellation, postponement or significant change of the programme by the theatre.

CNT Box Office

Tickets purchased at the box office can be paid in cash or by card (Visa, Visa Premium, MasterCard, Maestro) without the option of paying in installments.

The discount for pensioners, students and pupils can only be used at the box office upon presentation of a valid appropriate document.

Ticket refund and exchange

Purchased tickets cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:

• cancellation of the performance,
• postponement of the performance,
• significant changes to the programme or performers by the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb.

In the aforementioned cases, the visitor is entitled to a refund of the amount paid or an exchange of the ticket for another date or programme, in accordance with the theatre's notice.

Ticket purchase refers to a service provided at a specific time. In accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, the right to unilaterally terminate the contract within 14 days does not apply to such contracts.

By purchasing a ticket, you accept that it is a time-specific service and that a refund or cancellation within 14 days is not possible, except in the case of cancellation, postponement or change of programme by the theatre.

By purchasing tickets, you accept the Terms of Purchase of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb.

People with disabilities

People with disabilities can reserve a ticket (except for the ballet The Nutcracker), depending on availability, by sending an inquiry to blagajna@hnk.hr and pick it up no later than 1 hour before the start of the performance.

The Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb enables people with disabilities to purchase tickets at preferential rates. A 50% discount is granted on all seats in the auditorium.

Persons who remain in wheelchairs during the performance are allowed free entry to the auditorium in the stalls, with prior notice to the theatre box office and depending on the availability of appropriate seats. An escort (one person) can purchase a ticket at a discounted price.

The restrooms are not fully adapted for people in wheelchairs.

NOTICE ON PHOTOGRAPHY AND VIDEO RECORDING

Dear visitors,

In the premises of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb (CNT and CNT2), photography and video recording may take place during performances, events and other activities.

The recorded materials are used for the purposes of documenting, archiving, informing the public and promoting the theatre's programmes.

The materials may be published on the theatre's official channels (website, social media and promotional materials).

Legal basis for processing: legitimate interest in accordance with Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Visitors have the right to exercise their rights in accordance with the GDPR and to request additional information regarding the processing of personal data.

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the staff before the beginning of the event.
