Theater website

Tickets on the theater's website www.hnk.hr can only be purchased with cards (Visa, Master, Maestro) without the option of paying in installments.

CNT Box Office

Tickets purchased with cash must be paid in full at once. Payment by card is only possible with cards (Visa, Visa Premium, Master, Maestro) without the option of paying in installments.

The discount for pensioners and students can only be used at the cash desk upon presentation of the appropriate document.

Exchanges and ticket refunds

Hrvatsko narodno kazalište u Zagrebu nije u mogućnosti vratiti novac ili zamijeniti ulaznice kupljene na blagajni ili putem interneta prema članku 86. st. 1. toč 12. Zakona o zaštiti potrošača (NN 19/22). Kupnjom ulaznice prihvaćaju se navedeni uvjeti.

Osobe s invaliditetom

Osobe s invaliditetom mogu rezervirati ulaznicu (osim za balet Orašar), ovisno o dostupnosti, slanjem upita na mail blagajna@hnk.hr, te istu preuzeti najkasnije 1 sat prije početka izvedbe. Hrvatsko narodno kazalište u Zagrebu omogućuje osobama s invaliditetom kupnju ulaznica po povlaštenim uvjetima. Na sva sjedala u gledalištu osobama s invaliditetom odobravamo 50% popusta na cijenu ulaznice. Osobama u invalidskim kolicima, koje tijekom predstave ostaju u kolicima, ulaz u gledalište u parketu je besplatan uz prethodnu najavu blagajni kazališta (radi dostupnosti pozicija). Njihova pratnja (jedna osoba) može kupiti ulaznicu po povlaštenoj cijeni. Sanitarni čvorovi nisu dostupni osobama u invalidskim kolicima.

Please be informed that photography and video recording may take place within the premises of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb (CNT) during performances, events and other activities.

The recorded materials are used for the purposes of:

documenting and archiving cultural events

informing the public about the theatre’s work

promoting the theatre’s performances, programmes and activities

Photographs and video recordings may be published on the theatre’s official communication channels (website, social media, publications and promotional materials).

Visitors have the right to:

request additional information regarding the processing of personal data

request restriction of processing or removal of materials in justified cases

If you do not wish to be photographed or recorded, please inform the theatre staff before the beginning of the event. Additional information on the processing of personal data is available on the theatre’s official website.
