International Forum on Audience Development at the CNT in ZagrebFrom the theatre — 26. August 2025.
On September 15, 2025, the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb will host a one-day international forum titled "Building Audiences, Attracting Sponsors - Models for Success". The forum will take place in the Foyer of the CNT in Zagreb from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
This special gathering of directors, experts and employees in the fields of marketing, public relations, sales and audience development in culture will bring a rich program that will include lectures, workshops and discussions. Of particular note is the keynote lecture by Darko Lukić and a workshop on developing relationships with audiences and sponsors led by FEDORA, the largest European association of philanthropists. The forum will also include a panel discussion on the development of sponsorship models, in which the largest sponsors of the central Croatian theatre will participate, as well as the presentation of case studies from practice. Participants will have the opportunity to exchange experiences and contacts throughout the day, and the program will be rounded off with a joint lunch and networking. The forum is free of charge, and the number of places is limited. The forum is held as part of the 3rd International Zagreb Opera Festival.
