After more than 10 years Opera soloists performed in MostarOpera — 22. September 2023.
A concert of the Opera soloists of the CNT in Zagreb Dubravka Šeparović Mušović, Ljubomir Puškarić, Domagoj Dorotić and Darija Auguštan accompanied by Darijan Ivezić on the piano was held in the large Hall of the Croatian Lodge Stjepan Kosača in Mostar.
This was an opportunity for all visitors to get acquainted with the current and future repertoire of the Zagreb Opera and to enjoy the music of Croatian and world-famous composers. The soloists sang arias and duets from opera works of some of the most famous composers such as Giuseppe Verdi, Giacomo Puccini, Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Georges Bizet, Jacques Offenbach and Croatian authors such as Jakov Gotovac, Ivan noble Zajc and Ivo Tijardović.
The CNT in Zagreb wishes to build a firm cooperation with the private sector and the support of the FEAL company is of exceptional value in this theatre season. The partnership with FEAL is a true example that will serve as a template for future expansion of cultural and economic ties in Croatia and abroad. For this opportunity the renowned soloists of the CNT Opera presented parts of opera works that will be on the repertoire in the upcoming season. They sung arias and duets from the new titles that are yet to shine on our stage in the new productions as well as works that were already presented to our spectators, said the general manager of the CNT in Zagreb Iva Hraste Sočo.
In the new season, the Opera of the CNT in Zagreb will premiere Rigoletto by G. Verdi, Cosi fan tutte by W.A. Mozart and La Bohême by G. Puccini and parts from these works were performed at the concert in Mostar.
The concert was held under the patronage of the FEAL Široki Brijeg Company.
