We shall be the first theatre with an AI concierge thanks to our main sponsor and partner, Group BOSQARFrom the theatre — 12. February 2025.

The Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb presented its main partner and sponsor in 2025, the Croatian group BOSQAR INVEST with whom it had a close relationship throughout the past two years regarding digitalisation and theatre development, as well as the expansion of the theatrical community and humanitarian projects.

In 2025, BOSQAR and the CNT in Zagreb will work on expanding and improving communication with the users. Introducing technological innovations in the form of an AI platform Buzzeasy, the CNT in Zagreb will be able to unite communication through various channels such as Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, chat, e-mail on a single interface, thus enabling a simpler and faster communication with the visitors. The central national theatre will become the first Croatian theatre that, following world practices, will offer the services of an AI concierge through which the visitors will be able to receive basic information about performances, parking and nearby catering facilities.

We are very pleased to continue our cooperation third year in a row with the Croatian group BOSQAR INVEST, who is also our main sponsor. We have a creative and innovative partnership in culture and entrepreneurship. BOSQAR as the European leader in customer experience management technologies throughout the past two years has significantly improved our database that resulted in improved communication with the audience. As part of our partnership we had several campaigns and significantly digitalised our theatre and in this year the cooperation with BOSQAR will offer our visitors new services that will lift us to the level of world practices, emphasised Iva Hraste Sočo, the general manager of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb.

During this cooperation, beside a direct financial support, BOSQAR INVEST digitalised communication of the theatre and optimised internal work processes which made this cooperation an example of an investment of the private into the public sector on a European level.

The CNT in Zagreb as the central theatre in Croatia and one of the leading theatres in the region is the leader of changes in the arts in this part of Europe. Our partnership, third year in a row connects tradition and innovations, with a goal to improve the user experience in the area of culture. By introducing new technologies that are offered by our BPTO vertical - Mplus – we wish to give our contribution to the arts and culture so that they can prosper in the digital era through new ways of approaching and interaction with the audience. By supporting the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb in its business modernisation, from the simplification of the ticket sales system to communication with the audience, there is an increase in the number of people involved in top culture and a larger space is opening precisely for focusing on artistic creation, said Darko Horvat, president of the BOSQAR Ltd. Board.

As part of this cooperation the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb significantly expanded and improved its user databases, conducted several activity campaigns directed at ticket sales and promoted theatre programs. The development of user support for subscribers of the CNT in Zagreb has been continued and thus additionally improved communication and user experience of the spectators. Likewise, the School for Classical Ballet with the assistance of the CNT in Zagreb and BOSQAR organised a humanitarian action for gathering funds which resulted in a mutual contribution and support of young ballet talents.

This innovative model Hraste Sočo presented last year in Vienna at the Opera Europe Conference, the largest European association of opera and ballet theatres. Thanks to the strategic direction of the repertoire policy, the CNT in Zagreb throughout the past three years registers a constant growth in the number of subscribers which in this season surpassed the number of 5,600 and the average attendance rate is over 95 percent. Thanks to the partnership with BOSQAR, a proactive communication has been established with the subscribers and spectators which additionally contributes to their satisfaction.

In the third year of cooperation, the CNT in Zagreb and BOSQAR INVEST will actively continue to work on further actions in culture by expanding services, developing user experience, maintaining the database and integrating it with the systems and the website of the CNT in Zagreb.
