Operetta The Bat by Johann Strauss the younger will be broadcasted around the world via the OperaVision platform on January 9, 2024, at 7.30 p.m. The comic operetta Die Fledermaus/ The Bat directed by Krešimir Dolenčić and with Srba Dinić as conductor will be shown via on the official YouTube site: www.youtube.com/OperaVision.

The premiere was held on December 29, 2022., and the recording will be available until June 2024. The cast is Domagoj Dorotić, Valentina Fijačko Kobić, Marija Kuhar Šoša, Ljubomir Puškarić, Filip Filipović, Emilia Rukavina, Ozren Bilušić, Ivo Gamulin, Josipa Bilić, Drew Jackson, with the accompaniment of the Chorus and Orchestra of the CNT in Zagreb.

 Until today, the CNT in Zagreb already had a successful cooperation with the platform and thousands of spectators and opera fans saw performances The Medium, Turandot, Ero the Joker, Nikola Šubić Zrinjski and Lennon.

OperaVision is a platform for promoting Opera and artistic performances via the internet. It is a non-profit project that offers theatres around Europe an exceptionally great visibility of projects, networking and increases the possibility of international guest performances and exchanges. It is financed by the Creative Europe program of the European Commission and promotes opera art using new technologies.

OperaVision was founded by the organisation Opera Europa, the largest non-profit association that gathers the largest Opera houses in Europe such as La Monnaie from Brussels, Royal Opera House from London, Opera Frankfurt, Teatro Real from Madrid, Royal Swedish Opera from Stockholm and others, among which is the CNT in Zagreb, as the central Croatian theatre.
