The ballet fairy-tale The Nutcracker by P. I. Tchaikovsky choreographed by Vladimir Malakhov that was supposed to be broadcasted in real time on December 20, 2024, will be broadcasted on January 3, 2025, at 7.30 p.m.
The Nutcracker as one of the most popular Christmas stories will be broadcasted directly from the stage of the CNT in Zagreb to the open space in front of the theatre, enabling citizens and visitors to enjoy the performance in the city centre. The broadcasting is free and offered to everyone who wishes to experience the magic of this Christmas story in the Advent atmosphere.
Together with the Zagreb Tourist Board and under the patronage of JANAF, the CNT in Zagreb will give its citizens this ballet fairy-tale for free and everyone is invited, especially those who were unable to purchase tickets for one of the 19 shows offered this season. Experience the atmosphere of a ballet fairy-tale that, even after 130 years since its world premiere, still continues to thrill audiences worldwide.
