Celebration of Statehood DayFrom the theatre — 31. May 2024.
The festive celebration held at the CNT in Zagreb on the occasion of Statehood Day was attended by the president of the Croatian Parliament Gordan Jandroković, the Prime minister Andrej Plenković, minister o culture and media Nina Obuljen Koržinek and other ministers and dignitaries from the Croatian political and social milieu.
Opera soloists, orchestra, chorus, ballet and actors of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb with maestro Ivan Josip Skender presented to the spectators at the theatre and those who watched a direct broadcast on the Croatian Television the most popular opera works and poetry of Marko Marulić, Luka Paljetak, Miroslav Krleža and Tin Ujević.
The artists who performed at the concert were opera singers Darija Auguštan, Marija Kuhar Šoša, Valentina Fijačko Kobić, Davor Nekjak, Emilia Rukavina, Ljubomir Puškarić, Domagoj Dorotić, Roko Radovan and actors Ana Begić Tahiri, Livio Badurina, Goran Grgić, Jadranka Đokić and Luka Dragić.
The host of the program was Jadranka Đokić and the entire event was directed by Krešimir Dolenčić.
