100th performance of <em>One Song a Day, Takes Mischief Away </em>

100th performance of One Song a Day, Takes Mischief Away Drama — 01. March 2018.

The Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb is announcing a seasonal initiative in which children from educational centres and institutions in the Zagreb region will get a chance to enjoy in a unique theatrical event.

Namely on January 10, 2025, One Song a Day, Takes Mischief Away will mark its 100th performance for children and youth from educational institutions. This is a symbolic gesture of the CNT in Zagreb and was initiated by the Drama principal Dušan Bućan as a token of affection and lovelier winter holidays, for all those who are in need.

This initiative is a constant endeavour of the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb to contribute to the community and promote the values of solidarity, kinship and humanity through art and culture. As the central cultural institution, the CNT in Zagreb proudly takes over the role of creating positive experiences for all community members, especially those most who are most vulnerable.
The centres involved are Centre for upbringing and education Dubrava, Centre for upbringing and education Tuškanac, Centre for upbringing and education Velika Gorica, Caritas Home for children and elderly with psychophysical disabilities »Bl. Alojzije Stepinac« in Brezovica, Centre Dugave and Centre for Children Zagreb.

The drama hit performance directed by Rene Medvešek premiered in September 2017 and has been on the repertoire for the past seven years. The cast for this hit show is: Zrinka Cvitešić /  Tesa Litvan, Ivana Boban, Dušan Bućan, Krešimir Mikić/ Ivan Colarić, Ivan Glowatzky, Dušan Gojić, Nikša Kušelj, Dora Lipovčan, Iva Mihalić, Vlasta Ramljak, Barbara Vicković, Silvio Vovk and Mirta Zečević.
