Got Rhythm? According to the well-known refrain, besides rhythm and music (and a touch of love), who could ask for anything more? The musical magic of George Gershwin, which conquered both Broadway and Hollywood, is brought to life by Viktor Čižić in an intimate solo piano rendition, spanning from the shortest prelude all the way to R... Well, you’ll see! In one moment the foyer of the Croatian National Theatre (HNK) in Zagreb is in Blue, then it's in Paris, through a unique blend of a concert and a theatrical performance. In this concert-play, directed by Ivan Đuričić, anything can happen, but one thing is certain: with Gershwin's greatest hits, it will be hard to resist tapping your feet.

Beyond his appearances at the Croatian National Theatre, this season he also premiered Nexus, a concerto for piano and ensemble by Juraj Marko Žerovnik, with the Cantus Ensemble.

After graduating from the XV Gymnasium and Vatroslav Lisinski Music School under Branka Fačini-Vrhovski, Viktor enrolled in piano studies at the Zagreb Academy of Music in 2014, studying under Dalibor Cikojević. He graduated in 2021 in the class of Filip Fak and spent one year as an exchange student at the Conservatorium van Amsterdam, studying under Frank van de Laar and Ralph van Raat. For nearly two years, he also worked as a collaborative pianist at the Zagreb Academy of Music. He is currently employed as a pianist with the Zagreb Philharmonic Orchestra.
