Adam Harris

Adam Harris was born in Oxford, England in 1993. He started dancing at the age of 6, and in 2005 he joined Elmhurst Ballet School where he studied dance vocationally under the directorship of Desmond Kelly OBE. As a student, Adam was invited to dance with Birmingham Royal Ballet in productions such as Beauty and the Beast, Petrushka, and The Nutcracker, and he made guest appearances in productions by Boca Ballet Theatre (Boca Raton, USA), Japan International Youth Ballet (Tokyo, Japan), and Midland Theatre Ballet (Birmingham, UK). After graduating in 2012, Adam joined the National Moravian-Silesian Theatre, before joining the Croatian National Theatre in 2014. Since that time, he has been involved in numerous creations by renowned choreographers, and has performed roles such as: Hilarion (Giselle, ch. Jose Martinez), Polonius (Hamlet, ch. Leo Mujić), Benno (Swan Lake, ch. Vladimir Malakhov), Dyad 1929 (ch. Wayne McGregor), S (ch. Philippe Kratz), John (Peter Pan, ch. Giorgio Madia), Decadance (ch. Ohad Naharin), La Stravaganza (ch. Angelin Preljocaj), and others.

Adam was promoted to Soloist in 2019, and became First Soloist in 2024.
