Mplus continues as main sponsor in 2024

Mplus continues as main sponsor in 2024From the theatre — 13. February 2024.

A year ago, the Croatian National Theatre in Zagreb presented the new main sponsor and partner Mplus company, the leading European provider of BPTO services for outsourcing business and technological processes, and pointed out how beside financial means, the cooperation will include a technological leap in the approach to the audience through digitalisation of the database and direct communication with the subscribers. At todayꞌs press conference held in the CNT Foyer, key results of current cooperation were presented by the general manager of the CNT in Zagreb Iva Hraste Sočo and Darko Horvat, the president of the management board of Mplus Group and it was announced how Mplus will continue as the main sponsor of the theatre in this year as well.

We are very pleased to continue our cooperation in 2024 with the Mplus company with which we launched cooperation last year and which greatly improved the user experience of our visitors. Mplus, as the leading global BPTO company that offers contact centre services, technological solutions and counselling for top-quality user experience, together with our team, continues to cooperate with us in 2024 when we plan new opening nights and special programs, but also re-runs of our drama, opera and ballet performances. Our artistic program acknowledged by our spectators due to the digital transformation resulted in the subscription income increase of 57.34 percent. In this year, cooperation with Mplus will additionally spread and with the user support of our visitors, Mplus will intensify its partnership with the CNT Drama, Opera and Ballet by participating in our future diverse activities. Cooperation with Mplus has become an example of corporative partnerships of the CNT in Zagreb and we appreciate that Mplus actively supports the development of the creative and cultural industries, said Iva Hraste Sočo, the general manager of the CNT in Zagreb that has 5500 subscribers this year.

During this cooperation, Mplus has, along financial support, digitalised the database of the CNT in Zagreb which led to a modern subscribersꞌ database, categorised according to subscription type. For the central national theatre, Mplus also conducted an outbound campaign promoting the Zagreb Opera Festival and informed the visitors of the subscription sale opening. They successfully responded to several thousand visitorsꞌ inquiries, and pursuant to the shown interest and necessity, user support has been extended throughout the entire day. Opera, drama and ballet fans can now contact the CNT in Zagreb from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. and these working hours facilitated availability of information for callers and the solving of potential uncertainties and issues. This initiative is directed to improve the user experience and support for the spectators who enjoy the cultural events at the CNT.

The CNT in Zagreb is the key institution on the Croatian cultural stage and we are proud to be the example of successful corporative partnership. We support their digital transformation and the development of artistic programs and this has been very well accepted by the audience. We have observed the significance of adapting to various generations of spectators, and together we have worked on the implementation of new communication technologies that are optimal for every generation such as communication chat with the younger audiences. Likewise, we have followed world theatre practices and opera houses in large cities such as London, New York and Vienna .We have also commenced with the automatization of calling the subscribers on their birthdays and sending messages as reminders for performances and our channels are open from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. This cooperation is not only business-related, but is also an emotional fulfilment since it enables us to be a part of this inspirational journey within the cultural community of Zagreb and Croatia, strengthening the feeling of belonging to a culture of all generations, said Darko Horvat, the president of the management board of  Mplus Group. Due to good results and cooperation with the CNT in Zagreb, in 2024, Mplus has increased the value of the sponsored package for 70 percent in relation to the previous year. Two subscribers have also shared their experiences.

I have been a subscriber of the premiere subscription of the CNT for a long time. We are the silent power of the CNT and what I have noticed is that the level of communication with the theatre throughout the past two seasons has been raised to a higher level. Information is more accessible, we regularly receive reminders and it is very positive that the CNT has called us, the old subscribers, and informed us of the commencement of subscription registration and sales. This is proof they are thinking of us, said Hana Horak.

The CNT in Zagreb is my home and I have been going to the theatre since my childhood. I like that the theatre has begun to think about its subscribers, we regularly receive reminders, information and invitations, and the theatre informs us of any changes. In the following season I would also like to receive reminders of performances, since that would be of great help in organising our lives said Jasna Mesić.
