3 Winters of Tena Štivičić in Čakovec

3 Winters of Tena Štivičić directed by Ivica Buljan, received numerous local and international awards and has been performed fifty times. The drama follows the destinies of four generations of women who are connected by one house, participating in the lives of its heroes in diverse social and political changes. Since the opening night on the Zagreb stage, it received ovations on numerous local and foreign tours. The performance was showcased in Maribor, Ljubljana, Pula, Slavonski Brod, Brijuni, Rijeka, Belgrade and Podgorica. In Tel Aviv it was shown at the 9th International theatre festival Hanoch Levin, in Sarajevo at the International Theatre Festival MES where the Jury granted it the best performance award and at the 27th Days of Marulić in Split it was granted the Award for the best contemporary drama text and the Audience Award for the best performance of the Festival. It was also showcased at the 62nd Sterijino pozorje in Novi Sad where it received long ovations and it was also very successfully performed at the Dubrovnik Summer Festival. At the end of 2017, as part of the Cultural year of Austria and Croatia, the performance was given at the Viennese Volkstheater. The text was translated into German last year and published in the prominent German theatre magazine Theater Heute.

The cast of the performance is Alma Prica, Ksenija Marinković, Dragan Despot, Jadranka Đokić, Luca Anić, Barbara Vicković, Mislav Čavajda, Bojan Navojec, Nina Violić, Damir Markovina, Siniša Popović, Mada Peršić, Silvio Vovk and Slavko Juraga. The set designer is Aleksandar Denić, costume designer is Ana Savić Gecan and author of music is Mitja Vrhovnik Smrekar.

The performance will be shown in Čakovec on March 15, 2018, in Opatija on May 24, 2018 and in Šibenik on June 20, 2018.

For their drama interpretations the following actors received awards: Nina Violić (Tito Strozzi Award), Dragan Despot (Award Mila Dimitrijević), Jadranka Đokić (Award of Days of Marulić), Luca Anić (Croatian Theatre Arts’ Award and Award of Days of Marulić).
